These terms are an agreement between you and Ensource One LLC, doing business as Circl Atl (“Circl”, “we”, “us”), and govern your use of Circl, including circlatl.com and the weekly email. By using Circl, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Circl.
Circl collects listings for events in the Atlanta area from ticketing platforms, venues, universities, libraries and other public sources, and presents them in one place. Circl doesn't organize, host or promote the events it lists, and doesn't sell tickets.
Event details, including dates, times, locations, prices and availability, come from third parties and can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Events can change or be cancelled without notice to us. Summaries, categories and “Good to know” notes are generated automatically, partly with AI, and may contain mistakes. Always confirm details with the original listing or organizer, which is linked from each event page.
Circl isn't responsible for events, venues or organizers, or for anything that happens at an event. Tickets, refunds and admission are between you and the seller or organizer. You're responsible for meeting any age or other entry requirements.
You don't need an account to browse. If you create one, you must be at least 13 years old, give accurate information, and keep access to your email or Google account secure, since that's how you sign in. You're responsible for activity on your account. You can stop using Circl and delete your account from your profile page at any time.
When using Circl, please don't:
We may limit, suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms.
Circl links to other websites, including ticket sellers and organizers. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, terms or practices. Some ticket links include a referral code, so Circl may earn a commission if you buy. This doesn't change your price or which events we list.
The weekly email is opt-in. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any email or on your profile.
Circl's design, code, and original text such as guides and summaries belong to Ensource One LLC. Event names, images and descriptions belong to their respective owners, and are shown to help you find and attend their events. You may use Circl for your personal, non-commercial use, and share links to its pages.
If you believe content on Circl infringes your rights, or you're an organizer who wants a listing changed or removed, email support@ensourceone.com.
If you send us suggestions or ideas, we may use them to improve Circl without any obligation to you.
Circl is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including that Circl will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ensource One LLC won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from events listed on Circl, your attendance, or purchases you make from third parties. Our total liability for any claim relating to Circl is limited to $100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
We may change Circl or these terms. If we change the terms, we'll update the date above, and for significant changes we'll let account holders know. Continuing to use Circl after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
